After learning about MagicJack I decided it. Might be worth a 2nd look. I hopped in my car headed for my local Wal-mart. The salesman there assured me this was something that worked great with little to no issues or magicjack problems . After taking his advice I decided to give it a shot. Boy was he wrong. Magically after my 30 day trial period ended my call quality drastically declined. I guess it could be used as a backup line but for now I'll stick with my other Vo-IP phone unless the www.magicjackupgrade.com doesn't work.
Speaking of Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart Sucks Eggs
I went to my local Walmart the other day to get some light bulbs (the new swirly energy-saver kind) and some laundry detergent. I walked out with perhaps the biggest "promise in a package" I've ever had. MagicJack, what a novel idea! No longer will I be chained to Ma Bell to the tune of $80/month! Unfortunately, MagicJack doesn't have to deliver on their promises after 30 Days! Come on Now! If I go to Jenny Craig I don't pay unless I lose weight so how does MagicJack get away with this? I have no idea but needless to say I won't be giving them away as Christmas gifts because problems are the opposite of presents.
